The Portland real estate market has been through a lot in the past 12 months. For both the home seller, and home buyer  it has been a year of highs and lows. From a 'Boots-on-the-ground' viewpoint I can say that home sellers are at an advantage due to high demand when selling, but they also become buyers at closing and they too are feeling the pinch of our low inventory market.  The good news is we are definitely seeing more and more just listed homes every day.
