We took on house hunting in a major city during a world-wide pandemic. Mary Anne was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, Paul at Willamette Falls Financial. He said she was great with first-time home buyers, and he was right. She held our hand through the process and was in our corner the whole way. There are specific challenges with buying new construction that can delay the process, but she never stopped advocating for us. She had great attention to detail, both in paperwork and at the home. I would recommend her to anyone in the Portland area, but especially for any new home buyers.

Mary Anne was amazing to work with. From the beginning of this journey she had our best interests in mind. Mary Anne and selling agent/partner, Eric, did an amazing job! She is knowledgeable, reliable, her communication is great and I would most definitely use her again and/or refer her to others! Mary Anne is the best real estate agent we ever encountered. We could tell she's not just trying to sell you a house, but wants you to buy THE perfect house. We learned so much from her professional opinion, including what to look out for that may cost a lot down the road, like slope erosion, foundation cracks and old electric wiring. She advocated for us HARD to get the best deal by talking to EVERY bank and getting the best price for the house. She knew what we wanted and sometimes knew something wasn't for us before we did (some things look better online than in person, but she showed it to us anyways). She answered all of our questions, even after hours when we didn't understand the paperwork. When things looked like it might fall apart few days before closing, she took it personally and even cut into her commission to appease the seller. Even after closing, she was there to make sure we got everything in place. We just love her and can't say enough how much we appreciate her.
